PERSONEL
- Scout for better coach(don't forget to look for GK Coach), Physio (need at least 3personel)
TRAINING
- On Pre-season try to put PHYSICAL train on hard then SKILL train on medium
- When the season begins try to devide the training into 2 mode
PRE-HOME MATCH :
- PHYSICAL = Low
- TACTICAL = High
- SKILL = Medium
- SHOOTING = Medium
PRE-AWAY MATCH :
- PHYSICAL = Medium
- TACTICAL = Low
- SKILL = High
- SHOOTING = Low
- Or you can set the training like :
Sunday - Tuesday :
- PHYSICAL = Medium
- TACTICAL = Low
- SKILL = High
- SHOOTING = Low
Wednesday - Friday :
- PHYSICAL = Low
- TACTICAL = Medium
- SKILL = High
- SHOOTING = Low
Saturday - Sunday :
- PHYSICAL = Low
- TACTICAL = High
- SKILL = Medium
- SHOOTING = Low
- Why i put the schedule like that? It's because in my opinion on away game our squad needs to be in a very good physical health without tiring them in a hard training, especially if we are going to used a pressing and counter attack tactics to the opponent which is needed a very good physical condition.
- On a match if the opponent on minutes before the half game is making a lot of chances (increasingly shot on goal minutes before half time) thats indicate that our team needs more Physical Training right after the match.
- Physical Training is what i called an important but not urgent training of them all, cos when we ignored the physical training (we put it on Low mode for a whole seasons) the player will exhausted on the half of the game time and trust me goals is in opponent hands.
- Try to look the players attributes (physical) when they are red indicated (that means physical health is droping) the it's time to set the player on physical training only till the player gain his physical fitness.
TACTICAL
- Try to use 4-3-3 Formation first, in my opinion it had a great defensive tactical (when you assign one of your midfielder to be DMC) when your team is trying to get their teamworks well.
- Always keep monitored the Set Pieces (Attacking / Defending) tactics, who's going to go to opponents goal area when there's an attacking set pieces.
- Keep an eye for who's making a forward runs and who doesn't, if you have a lot men to go forward just becarefull when the opponent have a counter attack tactics.
- If we against a very hard opponent on away game better put your defender on back when set pieces is at attacking, because aware of the possible counter attack.
- Watch for game's going, when our team is having the ball a lot but not making much shots on goal, its indicated that we dont have any chances for making the shots. So we better get a few man to go running forward weither it's making the men forward runs on the tactic plans or by draging them in tactical plan drawing (change the formation into more aggressive).
- If the opponent on minutes before the half game is making a lot of chances (increasingly shot on goal minutes before half time) thats indicate that our team needs more Physical Training right after the match.
- When you are on the game watch the player physical condition, if they are on 70% you've better replace the player with the subs, especially it's a defender cos when the opponent striker on a better condition than our defender they will running you down easily.
- Watch the oppponents fitness either, if their defender is running out of stamina and their subs is out so you better replace your striker with a fresh feet (subs).
